Manjeet

Manjeet is an MRes student researching interactions between AM fungi and plant pathogens. Specifically he is exploring how Macrophomina phaseolina in Sorghum bicolor affects the diversity and composition of AM fungi in the roots, and how the presence of AM fungi alters sorghum tolerance to M. phaseolina attack.
